The Office for Metropolitan Architecture (OMA) is a leading international partnership practicing contemporary architecture, urbanism and cultural analysis. It is engaged in a large number of projects in Europe, Asia, the Middle East and North America.
OMA-Rotterdam has openings for Interns seeking to gain an overview and a working knowledge of the infrastructure and day-to-day running of the archive and collection of a leading creative office, the collection holds around 80% of the work of OMA and Rem Koolhaas from 1975 onwards. The main task is archiving, extra tasks are work on exhibitions, research, communication with international art institutions and work on publications.

Candidates must not be scared of dust and sometimes physical labour. Further requirements:
- MS Office skills
- Fluent in English (Dutch would be helpful)
- European work permit not essential but strongly preferred
- Valid driving license a plus

This position is located in OMA`s headquarter in Rotterdam, and will be available from September 3. Successful candidates will receive a monthly stipend. The OMA collection will be available for research after working hours. Students and new graduates are invited to apply; art historians and architecture historians are most welcome to apply.
